Weight Loss, Dieting and Exercises


You might gain weight at the age of 19. It is the right time to gain weight. But can you think of gaining too much weight. Some people get frustrated and try to gain the weight as much as possible. But is this right? This is certainly a very big question. You need to realize that you can gain weight only to a certain limit. After that each and every kilos of weight gain is just a garbage collection and nothing else. Let us see another side of this. Some times we tend to loose lot of kilos. Even this is not correct.

So what is the correct weight? Actually you should meet the doctor to consult about this. In general an average weight of a five and half foot person should be around 60 kg and not more than that. Similarly, to every height there is a certain fixed weight which one should have.

People tend to do the dieting. But do you know that too much of dieting is also bad for health. This is certainly the truth. You need to understand this fact. If you will not understand this fact then you might be at loss. You can think of doing one day fasting. But if you try to do three day fasting then you are absolutely wrong in thinking. Your ideas are not correct. Hence, if you want to make sure that you are right, you should only try to do one day fasting.

Similarly you should try to eat the food in low quantity and three to four times a day. This is certainly quite important. Actually all the people will tell you that you should not stop eating. However, you should stop eating unhealthy food. This is certainly quite important. If you will stop eating food then you are certainly wrong. You need to understand that you can stop eating the food but only to a certain extent. If you will cross the limit then you are harming yourself. This is quite certain and you need to understand this fact.

This is about the dieting. Now let us talk about the exercises. The exercises are good to certain limit. But after that they are wastage of time. You need to understand this fact. You might have read an article that says that you can get six pack abs in six days. But it is the humble advice to not believe them and try to follow the rules set by the good trainer. You can join a good gym for this purpose.
