Take a piece of paper and write down your goal weight and stick it at a place, where you can see it very often. The more you see it, the better for you. You may even stick it with the poster of your favorite star. This would help you a lot. Now, start reminding yourself that you need to achieve your goal weight.

Now sit down on the ground in a comfortable posture, and start meditating, reminding your subconscious mind that you need to lose weight. The stronger your will power, the better the results and faster would be the weight loss.

Make a list of things that you need to do; the harder, the better. Start with the easiest task and try to fulfill it. Once you do it, it would boost you up with a lot of confidence, as well as the motivation to go for the next level. Every time you fulfill the task, you are filled up with more of confidence.

At times, you may fail to do some tasks, but you must always remember, never to lose heart. Give it a second chance; and continue doing so, until you succeed.

The law of attraction can play a very vital role in your weight loss program. It is however worth mentioning that, to lose weight, solely on the basis of law of attraction, you need to have an extremely strong willpower, which is not visible in normal cases. Therefore, in order to lose weight, you are advised to follow the normal weight loss therapies, along with the law of attraction.
